Full-time Disciplinary Counsel position with the Utah Office of Professional Conduct. Position investigates allegations of lawyer misconduct and prosecutes cases at the administrative and state court levels. Must have a J.D. degree from a recognized college of law. Must be admitted to practice law in Utah and be in good standing. Litigation and trial experience are strongly preferred. Must also have strong research, writing, and organizational skills, and be capable of managing a large case load. Salary commensurate with experience. Position primarily with drafting and filing court documents, case management, and trial support. Three years of paralegal experience strongly preferred. Must have experience with electronic filing in state court, be dependable and organized, and have strong oral and written communication skills. Position will also assist with cases at the administrative level, including assisting with investigations, speaking with parties and witnesses, drafting documents, and reviewing court dockets. Experience with case management software, trial work, and legal research are preferred. Spanish language skills are a plus. Excellent benefits package and a potential hybrid work schedule.
