Full-time Disciplinary Counsel position with the Utah Office of Professional Conduct. Position investigates allegations of lawyer misconduct and prosecutes cases at the administrative and state court levels. Must have a J.D. degree from a recognized college of law. Must be admitted to practice law in Utah and be in good standing. Litigation and trial experience are strongly preferred. Must also have strong research, writing, and organizational skills, and be capable of managing a large case load. Salary commensurate with experience.
